موقف المدرسة العقلية الحديثة من حديث موسى عليه السلام وملك الموت

The position of the modern rational school on the hadith of Moses and the Angel of Death

Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعريف بالمدرسة العقلية الحديثة، وبيان رأي المدرسة العقلية الحديثة في حديث موسى عليه السلام وملك الموت، وعرض الأدلة التي تثبت صحة حديث موسى عليه السلام وملك الموت، وبيان العلاقة بين المدرسة العقلية الحديثة والمدرسة العقلية القديمة. وقد اتبع الباحثان في هذه الدراسة المنهج الاستقرائي: وذلك بتتبع النصوص والأفكار من خلال مؤلفات أصحاب المدرسة العقلية الحديثة، وكذلك المنهج التحليلي: لتحليل تلك الأفكار والآراء عبر تتبعها ومقارنتها مع النصوص القرآنية والسنة النبوية الصحيحة، ومن نتائج هذه الدراسة؛ إن لطم موسى عليه السلام لملك الموت لايعد اعتراض من موسى على قضاء الله، لثبوت عدم معرفته لملك الموت ابتداءً دل على ذلك اختياره لجوار ربه في المرة الثانية لما خُيِّر بين الموت والبقاء. وإن تمثل ملك الموت في صورة بشر أمر غير مستغرب ولا ممتنع فقد دلت نصوص القرآن والسنة على ظهور الملائكة في صورة البشر بما يخفى حالهم على الأنبياء. وإن فعل موسى مع ملك الموت لا جناح على فاعله، ولاحرج على مرتكبه، وقد اتفقت شريعتنا مع شرية موسى - عليه السلام- في إسقاط الحرج عمن فقأ عين الداخل داره بغير إذنه.  

This research aims to introduce the modern rational school, and to clarify the opinion of the modern rational school regarding the hadith of Moses (peace be upon him) and the Angel of Death, and to present the evidence that proves the authenticity of the hadith of Moses (peace be upon him) and the Angel of Death, and to clarify the relationship between the modern rational school and the old rational school. In this study, the researchers followed the inductive approach: by following the texts and ideas through the writings of the proponents of the modern rational school, as well as the analytical approach: to analyze those ideas and opinions by following them and comparing them with the Qur’anic texts and the authentic Sunnah of the Prophet. Among the results of this study is that Moses (peace be upon him) slapping the Angel of Death is not considered an objection from Moses to God’s judgment, as it is proven that he did not know the Angel of Death initially, as indicated by his choice to be near his Lord the second time when he was given the choice between death and survival. And the fact that the Angel of Death appears in the form of a human being is not surprising or impossible, as the texts of the Qur’an and Sunnah indicate the appearance of angels in the form of humans, which conceals their condition from the prophets. If Moses did what the Angel of Death did, there is no blame on the one who did it, and there is no difficulty on the one who committed it. Our Sharia agrees with the Sharia of Moses - peace be upon him - in dropping the difficulty for the one who gouged out the eye of someone who entered his house without his permission.
