دراسة مسار إعداد المواهب المدمجة بين "اللغة العربية والاقتصاد والتجارة الدوليةفي ظل رؤية بناء "الحزام والطريق" المشترك

Abstract

تُعدّ قضية إعداد المواهب المدمجة بين اللغة العربية والاقتصاد والتجارة الدولية من القضايا الجوهرية التي تفرضها مستجدات التعاون الدولي، ويركز هذا البحث على واقع التعاون الصيني العربي في ظل "الحزام والطريق"، محللاً أثر النقص الحاد في هذه المواهب على جودة التعاون. اعتمد الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، مستعيناً بالتحليل النظري للتعليم متعدد التخصصات ورؤية التخصصات الإنسانية الجديدة، واستعراض الاحتياجات الفعلية. وطرح مساراً منهجياً لإعداد المواهب المبتكرة، من خلال محاور رئيسية: إعادة هيكلة المناهج، وابتكار أساليب التدريس، وبناء منصات التدريب العملي، والتعليم المشترك الدولي. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الاقتصار على المهارة اللغوية أو المعرفة التجارية البحتة لم يعد مجدياً، وأن إعداد مواهب مدمجة بين القدرة اللغوية والكفاءة المهنية يعد خياراً استراتيجياً لتحقيق التوافق بين عرض المواهب والطلب الاستراتيجي.

       The issue of cultivating integrated talents combining Arabic language and international economics and trade is a fundamental one imposed by the evolving landscape of international cooperation. This research focuses on the reality of Sino‑Arab cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative, analyzing the impact of the acute shortage of such talents on the quality of that cooperation. The researcher adopted a descriptive‑analytical approach, drawing on theoretical analysis of interdisciplinary education and the vision of New Humanities, along with a systematic review of actual needs. A systematic pathway for cultivating innovative integrated talents is proposed, revolving around key axes: curriculum restructuring, teaching method innovation, practical training platform construction, and international joint education. The study concludes that relying solely on language skills or pure business knowledge is no longer viable, and that cultivating integrated talents combining linguistic ability and professional competence is a strategic choice indispensable for achieving precise alignment between talent supply and strategic demand.
